4. Course Enrolment & Payment
- Enrolment is confirmed only after full or partial (EMI) payment is received and acknowledged.
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Offer prices and discounts are time-limited and subject to availability of seats.
- Payments can be made via UPI, net banking, debit/credit card, or any payment method we list at the time of enrolment.
5. Code of Conduct
While enrolled with us, you agree to:
- Attend classes (offline or online) on time and behave respectfully with mentors and fellow students.
- Not record, copy or redistribute any course materials, recordings or proprietary content without our written permission.
- Not share your login credentials, recordings or course access with any third party.
- Not engage in any conduct that is abusive, discriminatory, illegal, or disruptive to the learning environment.
We reserve the right to remove any student from a programme, without refund, for serious violations of this code.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, slide decks, software, branding, written content and designs available on freelancingcourse.in are the intellectual property of freelancingcourse.in or its licensors. You receive only a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for personal learning.
7. No Guarantee of Income or Employment
While we are committed to giving you the skills required to begin freelancing, we do not guarantee any specific income, job, project, or placement outcome. Earnings depend on individual effort, market conditions, skill application and many other factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, freelancingcourse.in, its founders, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or courses. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that specific course.

10. Governing Law
