1. Our Commitment
We take pride in the quality of training we deliver. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which a refund may be requested, and how the process works. By enrolling, you agree to the terms below.
2. Cooling-Off Period (Pre-Class Refund)
If you cancel your enrolment before your first scheduled class, you are eligible for a refund of the course fee, less a non-refundable administrative charge of ₹500 to cover processing and gateway fees.
3. After Classes Have Begun
- Within 7 days of the first class: 50% of the paid fee will be refunded, after deducting administrative charges.
- After 7 days from the first class: No refund is payable. However, you may be allowed (at our sole discretion) to defer your enrolment to the next available batch.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Registration or administrative fees.
- Certificates issued.
- Any third-party tools, hosting or domain costs we may have purchased on your behalf.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send a written refund request from your registered email to hello@freelancingcourse.in with the following:
- Your full name and registered phone number.
- Course name and batch you were enrolled in.
- Date of payment and payment reference / transaction ID.
- Reason for the refund request.
6. Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10–14 working days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Course Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we cancel a batch due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to join the next batch at no extra cost — whichever you prefer.
8. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Removal from a batch due to violation of our Code of Conduct (see Terms of Service).
- Inability to attend classes due to personal reasons after the cooling-off period.
- Failure to complete assignments or projects.
9. Discretion
In exceptional cases (medical emergencies, family emergencies with supporting documentation), we may consider partial refunds or batch transfers at our sole discretion.
